Why do you choose artificial trees or plants?
Artificial trees and plants require little to no maintenance and are ultimately cost-saving. Moreover, it is a sustainable choice: artificial trees usually last much longer than real trees and can be used for years without needing to be replaced.
Is the range fire-retardant and UV-resistant?
Kunstboomshop has special collections with fire-retardant and UV-resistant artificial trees and plants. These are ideal for catering and offices.
Can I return my order?
Artificial trees and plants are personal. That is why we think it is important that you can experience the products in your own environment. Are you not completely satisfied? Then you can return your order within 14 days.
What is the shipping policy?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day . This means that our logistics team will start preparing the order. Because the artificial trees and plants must be well packaged and often have a larger size, it may take a few working days before your order arrives.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay at Kunstboomshop with your favorite payment method, such as iDeal, credit card, Paypal or SEPA (for Belgium). Of course you can also order from us on invoice. Please contact us at info@kunstboomshop.nl.
